Question about Xerox WorkCentre Pro 765 Laser Printer
Are one touch dialing board is programmed however when we try to fax something using those buttons the fax never gets to that location
When sending, try using a analog phone, and dial the number you are calling. Make sure it is the correct number. You might hear someone pick up the phone, or you will get a recording messege. This will tell you if the phone is the correct number you are trying to dial. When you are finished, plug in the phone line back into the correct jack on the fax machine.
Once you hear the dial tone, your phone is working.
If you can send a fax, and the machine does not send it, then the machines fax board might not be working.
There are other questions I like to ask about the phone line. Are you using a adaptor to convert the analog signal to digital? If this is the case then the adaptor may be causing some problems with your faxes.
