Question about RCA TH1101 MP3 Player
I have a rca pearl mp3 player and my battery went dead, so i put a new fully charged battery in and all it does is say peal and turn off how cani fix it
I was having trouble with my daughter's MP3. The RCA website said to download Pearl Firmware (Version 2.) (http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloads.aspx?product=25). I did, several times, but it would not work. Finally, I cheked the box "Format Data Area" under Download options. Once I did this my computer immedialty saw the Pearl and I was able to re-load all my daughter's songs in Media Player.
I hope this helps. I was so worried that I was going to have to buy her a new player.
