    Follow up: (Insignia)

    Supports files:

    • MP3

    • WMA

    • WMA Lossless

    • WMA DRM

    • WMA Pro

    • OGG

    • WAV

    • Audible

    • MPEG4 (30 fps)

    • WMV (30 fps)

    • JPEG

that's why .avi file is not playable coz it is not supported by the device

    try this...

use your "4U MP4" video converter

try to lower (fps) since the insignia can only supports (30fps) for mp4

let me know if this answer the problem. if not, i will still help u to
find the solution. and i am not going to stop till we solve your
    problem.:)

sorry, i replied just now, been busy with work thats why i do not have the time to open my computer.

ok then, let's try this one...

i am going to convert some video clips with different kind of video files with different bitrate etc. then you will load it into your device. let's see which video files can be compatible with your insignia.

you can download the finish files in my site. i am using www.divshare.com for big file sharing.

give me 1 day. adjust my time with your time. (philippines / time now: 8:13am / march 6)

i will get back to you and tell you the exact link of the finish files.

    (cross-fingers) hehehe

Cant play videos

It seems that your MP3 player can support mpeg4 video, but you should control your video resolution to 320*240, maybe you can to use Leawo free mp4 converter.

You can free download it here: http://www.leawo.com/video-converter/free-mp4converter.html

First off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as it?s connected, this program will also allow you to download YouTube videos and put them on your mp3 player too

.Mp4 not supported?

Convert the file to mpeg4. If it already is, and still won't work, try reconverting it. I've had the same problem with my vids. Reconverting works. If you are using a program you downloaded to convert your files, you may select mpeg4 formats for iPods & PSPs- they're the same for this player.

Infitek mp4 player

First, check the user manual and see if proprietary video conversion software came with the installation CD. good luck if you lost the install CD, b/c Infitek's website sucks.

Either use Windows Media Player, ArcSoft Media converter, or another program to transfer video files to the player if it didn't come with proprietary software.

How do you convert video to work on the PVR-H140?

The PVR h140 works on mpeg1 or mpeg4 format. If you need to convert avi files for example you will need a third party conversion programme such as Nero7 or similair free programmes. Check here for a 'how to' page. http://www.sharewareguide.net/article/Guide/guide:how-to-convert-video-to-mpeg4,-such-as-avi-to-mpeg4,-mpeg-to-mpeg4-and-vob-to-mpeg4-with-this-mpeg4-converter.html
