First off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as it?s connected, this program will also allow you to download YouTube videos and put them on your mp3 player too
Convert the file to mpeg4. If it already is, and still won't work, try reconverting it. I've had the same problem with my vids. Reconverting works. If you are using a program you downloaded to convert your files, you may select mpeg4 formats for iPods & PSPs- they're the same for this player.
I recommend you have a trial of Video Download Studio. The program is good at video conversion. It helps you convert online videos to all kinds of video and audio format like AVI, WMV, MPEG4, MP3, WMA which can be import to Windows Movie Maker or other mobile devise such as iPod, iPhone, PSP MP3 Player etc Get a free trial from http://www.downloadvideos-convert.com/download-videos-music Hope it can help you more or less!
The PVR h140 works on mpeg1 or mpeg4 format.
If you need to convert avi files for example you will need a third party conversion programme such as Nero7 or similair free programmes.
