Question about Dell Latitude L400 Notebook
Was not plugged into power strip, Thunderstorm ended that was on.
There was also a DELL VOSTRO plugged into the powerstrip. The strip was off, I reconnected the computer, and it died.
Remove the battery and try it on AC power only, if it boots up turn it back off and put the battery back in again and power it up again, if it boots up, the cause will have a small surge from the power strip caused by the thunder storm.
Good luck and thanks for using Fixya!!
