Question about ASUS (WL-167G) 802.11g/b (wl167g) Wireless Adapter
And ive downloaded the drivers but i dont know whats next. i returned my laptop to factory settings cos it was my daughters ol d one, thought i'd put the asus software on my memory stick, no joy, if i plug the asus ad in the laptop says the strength is excellent, no internet connection tho, how do i get the drivers ive downloaded to work ??
Check to make sure the device drivers are installed properly, and the device is functioning correctly, and enabled by doing the following:
2. Right Click on "My Computer"
3. Select Manage
4. in the left column of the new window that appears, select "Device Manager"
If you don't see any yellow caution signs or red "x" then your device should be ok.
Make sure your wireless radio is also turned on.
What model is the laptop?
What model is the wifi adapter?
Are both from Asus?
