Usually by manually over-riding the automatic flash, the shutter speed varies (in this case it slows down, giving you that blurry or ghosted look) depending on the lighting conditions. If you are shooting in the dark (with flash), leave the flash on automatic. Only force the flash to fire manually if you are shooting in bright conditions, as a "fill-in" flash to reduce shadows.

While trying to take pictures of my son's Friday night football games, the pictures come out super dark when I use the flash. If I turn the flash off, the pictures are light, but all blurry. How can I fix...

The flash is only good up to 10 feet....are you that close? If not, turn off the flash and turn up the ISO to make the camera more sensitive to the lower light levels.

View finder

Ok. On your viewfinder, there might be a round dial. Turn it to adjust focus. Otherwise, sometimes viewfinders are like that... blurry, especially electronic.

Camera sucks

Hi,
Here's how to turn on the flash, which should help with the pictures being dark and blurry:
If your phone is on Android 2.1:
  1. Open the Camera application
  2. Press the menu button
  3. Touch "Flash mode"
  4. Select "Auto" (if you want it to decide when it needs to flash) or "On" (if you want it to always flash)
If your phone is on Android 2.2:
  1. Open the Camera application
  2. Touch the little lightning bolt icon on the right side (second from the bottom)
  3. Select "Auto" (if you want it to decide when it needs to flash) or "On" (if you want it to always flash)
Hope this helps!

Fuzzy pictures

The blurry pictures are due to movement. Sometimes adjusting the flash helps.
