Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
I turn it on and then it says Updating and the little spinning arrow stops spinning and it just freezes. What do I do?
Here's what you do you plug it in like your gonna charge it then wait a minute and fualla it should work again if not call the Phillips store they'll send you a new one for free and you can put the same music in there in like 1 minute.

You need to go to Philips website, get the updated version of the Philips Device Manager, and then click on the Update tab on the NEW device manager to update the firmware on the player. It will resolve the freezing issue.
