Not sure if the HTC 3000/P3450 has the same camera program/software as the HTC diamond, but when I touch the screen a small transparent menu pops up on the bottom of the screen and I press the gear/settings icon, go to advanced and on page 2/5 it shows storage, where you can change to internal storage (or in your case, storage card) or main (phone) memory.

Steps may vary for you, but it should be in your camera program, so open the camera function as you would normally to take pictures, try tapping on the screen to get to settings.

In pictures format where does the sd card go for the tmobile htc G1 phone

Hi Elizabeth617,
Here's how you access the pictures from your SD card:
  • Connect your G1 to your computer via USB
  • Pull down the notification menu and select "USB connected: Select to copy files to/from your computer."
  • "Turn on USB storage"
  • Now open your phone in a folder on your computer
  • You will see a folder that says DCIM (This is where your pictures are stored)
  • Open DCIM and view the pictures in the folder Camera

I have a htc touch phone and i put all my pics on the storage card, and than one day all pics where gone and nowi cant even save my pics to the storage card.. and now there is storage card , and storage...

Why this happens:
If for any reason your phone cannot find the SD card on boot it will create a folder on your Phone's Memory called 'Storage Card' to put the Temp Files, Pictures, Music, etc into. Now as soon as the SD card becomes available, since there is already a folder called 'Storage Card', it is forced to name the "Real" SD Card 'Storage Card 2'.
Solution: Delete the "Storage Card" folder and soft reset. If the phone finds the "Real" SD Card, it will be named 'Storage Card' again. If for some reason it is not found, you might have a corrupt SD Card that needs to be reformatted. This would of course loose all the information on the card, so hopefully this is not the case. Warning: If you have pictures or other files in the 'Storage Card' directory, you will want to move them to 'Storage Card 2' before deleting 'Storage Card'. Use the 'File Explorer' found in your 'Programs' to do this. Good luck!

Camera Error in 2mth old Imate Jamin

This happens also because the RAM memory is full by programs opened before. For example, whenever you turn of any program or aplication like contacts or messages, it doesnt turn off at all by clicking the X, it remains opened and you have to go to Star, Set up, then click on Memory, then on running programs, and stop them. This way ram will be able to use the camera and store pics on storage card. Do this also when you see that camera looks like unfocused, its always the ram memory.
