I loaded the windows update driver and connected my PSC 2115 all in one printer. It prints text documents and the test page without any issues. It displays images in print prieview but won't print them.

You need to get the manual for this printer, it has a printing language all it's own. The encoded text tells it where to put the bar code on the label, how to encode it, what text to put under it, etc. It's looking for a specially designed print file that's plain text. There may be a way to turn that off and turn it into a bitmap printer, but you would need the manual for that.

I can no longer print from the internet. The page I wish to print comes out as a "coded" page. I have an Epson Stylus Photo RX500 printer. I did not have this problem until recently.

To resolve this issue:
Start Internet Explorer
Point to Encoding on the View menu.
Click to select Unicode encoding language.
Note: You can determine the default encoding language by observing a bullet point (large dot) next to the selection.

My printer is typing out symbols instead of what I asked it to print

Check the application you are using and make sure the correct font has been chosen.

Do you have any toy people with tiny fingers that so often help us go bonkers?

If so, check to make sure that the printer is set to the correct language.

Left side margin is fading out right side margin is printing correctly

First try to align the printer head either with software or at the printer control panel. If that one couldn't solve the problem then you may have the encoder strip dirty at left side. It is not easy to access the encoder strip, sent it to workshop.

Phaser 8400 is printing very blurry throughout documentst. The text is not legible. Seems like double-printing. is there a procedure to correct this problem? I've already made some adjustments. maybe...

It sounds like the drum encoder is bad and will need to be replaced. Is it still under warranty? Call Xerox. Or find someone who is trained to fix printers to repair it for you.

Good Luck.
