Question about HP DeskJet 920c InkJet Printer

My printer could not print

I am using hp deskjet 920c...i cannot print any document and there's a red light on the second button of the printer and i think there's a problem in ink Cartridge because i have enough black ink but i don't have colored inks then my printer still cannot print.

Try installing the color cartridge. Some printers won't work if one of the cartridges is empty or defective.

Unfortunately, if HP has ended support for a printer, there will be no new or updated drivers created for that printer to work with new versions of Windows. This also applies to Apple computers as well.

As they mention, when a printer model is older, HP gives the driver code to Microsoft to embed in the Windows system, but that driver then is fixed in time and will get no more updates.

Check the Device Manager to see if the printer is listed as well as its' driver. Also, check in the Control Panel under printers to see if your printer has an icon. If not, you'll need to install the setup disk for the printer.

HP 920c Deskjet feeds blank paper constantly. Will not print. Just shoots paper out.


deskjet 920c will not print, green light flashes and blank paper comes out. Printer will print test page perfectly.

Wont print


Hi, yes I have had problems with these HP printers B4 and it was in fact the INK... strange as it may seem, Ya gota have them "Full" as it were. I have "Fooled" it sometimes by removing the cartridge(s) and powering on & of re-inserting them. But eventually always ended up paying thru the nose for the cartridges. I saved a bit by using refilled ones, but I now use printers that have cheap single color ones, eg: Canon i550

PRINTER LIGHTS BLINKING RED THEN GREEN


Either you have ran out of an ink, because some epsons wont run until you replace cartridge, you have a document pending a print, or you need to disconnect printer, uninstall drivers from Add/emove programmes. Re-install driver then re connect printer when prompted
