I have a X83VB, the screen went white.When start up is fine, I can unlock it then from there the screen goes white and I cant see anything. How can i fix this without losing everything? or can I ?

Have you tried a System Restore? If you connect a External Monitor is there any change? Is the HDD LED blinking? Can you boot to Safe Mode? What preceded this issue?

same problem, broke my screen, ordered a new screen off ebay and replaced it. now it works fine most of the time but sometimes external display freezes. sometimes goes black, sometimes goes multicolor pixelated (full screen, in blocks, or lines) when this happens sometimes touchpad still works, others not. removing battery usualy temporarily fixes.
buy a new phone and try real hard nt to drop it the a920 tends to pack up when dropped as it happened to my last a920 and even telecom went to repair it but it was going to cost more than the price of a replacement a920
you probably need a new ribbon in your phone
same happened to me. the screen just went white and whenever i turned it on it just stayed white.
i had my phones screen replaced, the ribbon replaced and it re-flashed and its fine now, so i'd say its probably the ribbon.
Dial *#7370# now it will ask restore original device settings,yes,it will ask
