I Have a Slick Mp3 PLayer 4gb I put it on the charger and it turns on but when I take it off it doesnt come on

If the MP3 player battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced. Rechargeable batteries will fail if stored in a discharged state for long periods.

Why wont my ipod touch turn on i turned it off and it wont come o

Hold the power button and home button for 10 seconds to ensure the device is off. Let go.

Hold the home button down, plug in the ipod to the computer, after the screen changes to the itunes plug screen, let go of the home button.

The ipod will now be in recovery mode, and you can attempt to perform a restore within itunes.

If the restore fails, and the ipod screen stays black, this means the battery is dead and must be replaced.

Battery is loosing charge very quickly thru very little use after it was charged over night model ns-dv2g

how old . .
is it a built in battery ?
after each use - little as may be, do you recharge ? - if so, this can cause problems.
Most occasions you are best to run devices down to no power then recharge - this will maximize the batteries life expetancy.

Sounds like your rechargable battery is done for. You can get a new one at newzenbattery.com and open your player yourself extremely easily by just watching a video or reading how to do it. No damage is done or anything and this seems like an easy fix.

Ipod not turning on/not recharging

Have you tried holding down the menu button and the middle circle button?
first place your ipos somewhere flat and press down the circle button and the menu button, make sure your not touching any other part of the click wheel.hold them down for about 5 seconds untill the apple logo appears.then let go,and it should be back to normal.you can use this procedure any time that it freezes or stops working.Hope fully that should fix your problem.if not i suggest you get it repaired under your warrenty.
Good Luck.

Regards.

My Sansa e250 won't charge all the way!! Help me!

Sounds like the battery may have come loose in the back, so its not charging.

Take the 4 screws out, remove the battery. The put the battery back in and try charging it.

Best of Luck.

Battery life cut down to 7 hours

The thing is, you recharge it too much. Because when you recharge it even though it still has battery power left, it tries to recharge it as much as if the battery was depleted. So, your battery overheats, therefore allowing you 7 hours instead of 20. And yes, it is possible to switch the battery.
