No ignition on burner for belling
When you cleaned it you might have hit the igniter. The gap between the ignighter rod (the rod that the spark originates from) and pilot has to be at a certain width. Here's what you do. Look at a burner that works, take note of how it is put together, and adjust the broken burner assembly the same way. Especially note the space between where the spark comes out. Also, make sure all wires are connected. If the burner is not grounded, it will not make a spark. Check to make sure the wire to the igniter is connected. DO NOT TEST TO SEE IF IT SPARKS WHEN TOUCHING ASSEMBLY!!! Get back to me for more help if you need to. Take note of ALL you do, and what happend when you did it, the more info I have the better.
