Invalid sim

1. (easyer way) When I got my Blackberry, I had to put it in a couple of times for it to work.

2. Buy a new sim card.
If this does not work, then check to see if it is unlocked.

Your phone has gone into emergency mode. You need to look through the menu for antenna settings, or network settings, and when you see "Emergency Mode" or something alot like it highlighted, switch it to normal.

If you are not comfortable with this process, take in to your cell service provider's store, and they will set you right up free of charge.

Hope this helps!!

How do i take it off sos mode

usually SOS comes up when you are out of signal range or if you dont have sim inserted.

If you do have a sim inserted, try taking it out and giving the contacts a clean on the sim and phone

No signal and gprs

1. open the battery case and unscrew the flap beneath. Verify your SIM card is properly seated.
2. At the bottom right corner of the "today" screen is the iConnect icon. Click it and verify "Phone" is checked under the "Enable" menu.
3. open the "Start" menu and navigate to Settings->WanInfo. What information is displayed in that program?
