It should just pop back on. if not then you will have to take it in to a repair center as they will have to order a part and replace it. which I do not recommend you do yourself.

I want to change mouse from right hand to left hand use?

It's very easy. Just follow the following steps!
If you are using windows 8, press the windows button on your keyboard(the one left of left 'alt') and type "change mouse click settings" , just click on settings tab on right and click on the first option that appears.
Just change the left or right orientation as per your choice now and click on apply and ok.
If using ANY OTHER OPERATING SYSTEM
1. goto start->control panel
2. Click on mouse(or hardwares-> mouse if in category view)
3. click on buttons tab
4. select required orientation and click on apply and ok

I am left handed and am experiencing difficulties scrolling with mouse

Open "Control Panel".
Open "Mouse".
Switch the mouse from "right-handed" to "left-handed",
i.e., make the RIGHT button (not the LEFT) to function as the FIRST mouse-button.
