Airtel Broadband at M2K ?

Hi All,
We should arrange a meeting & discuss this in detail, i am not sure whether we were able to take any decision through mail.
As our RWA is already registered, now we should consult with layer to take any strong & accurate action against M2K.
If layer advise to file a case against M2K & try to take stay order against Maintenance Charges & High Electricity Cost.

Now we already have approx 65-70 families in & still they are charging @10 PU, automatically average cost price should come down.

We should have meeting every week atleast for 1-2 month to discuss the critical matters & take any decisions.

Gents,
This is exactly what I meant in my last e-mail and I 100% agree to what Manoj is saying here.
Its a matter which should not be taken lightly (as it seems with all the mails flying around on this)
Pls think through very seriously before we all decide what to do. I would even suggest to pay for this time and prepare our selves well for the next quater and beyond.

Hi All,

As communicated, we will not accept any Invoice from M2K for maintenance. But I have a suggestion. Not accepting & paying dues without written notices to that effect duly acknowledged by M2K may create issues as we have already signed the agreement. We should take some legal opinion & follow the course of action suggested by the lawyer before taking such stand as non payment of dues will attract heavy penalties as per agreement. Non payment may also lead to problems at the time of transfer of property if someone wants to sell the same. Please let me know in case my suggestion is totally not acceptable.

Any action on the electricity part as this issue also need to be resolved & is a major expense which we are paying a higher rate which is illegal.

Dear Mayank,

Airtel does not have lines as yet in our locality.
They told me also that they would be shifting my existing land line & after repeated reminders &
taking up the matter at the higher level, have come to know about this fact.
so dont be misguided & instead opt for BSNL or a data card.
