this is very common problem among rearprojection tvs. youll need a technician to come take out the lamp and replace it. its too dangerous to do it yourself. if ur tv just shutoff and didnt turn onn again the best thing to do is relpace the tv because its not worth replacing the lamp because its too costly and it might happen again. they dont really make these tvs no more so its pricy
