I HAVE BOUGHT ANEW PLUG FOR TV ,ITS NOT THE PROBLEM,I CAN GET SOUND BUT THE PICTURE LOOKS BLURRED AND SILVERY.LIKE WHEN YOU START THE COMPUTER IN SAFE MODE.

whats the new plug for the tv,what type of av connection cable do you use component,composite,hdmi,vga?

check to make sure the av cable is switched to hdtv, and if that doesn't work, then try adjusting the video setting in the dashboard as maybe you have it set to a low resolution. If that doesn't work then you are probably having a hardware related problem like e74 or 0102 on its way. also make sure you are using the right cables in the first place since you stated you got a new plug, i assume that means av cable.
