The phone is fully charged, there are no outstanding voicemails, it was not dropped or damaged in any way, but the green light (bar) keeps flashing about every 7 seconds. The phone works fine, otherwise. How can I make the flashing stop? What does the flashing indicate?

1. are you sure the battery is charged? Did it light green to show full charge? 2. check the wires that connect to the battery. are the wires fully inserted into the connector? Did they break loose from underneath where they connect to the circuit board? 3. do you have a 2nd battery you can try? 4. take it apart and see where the wires connect to the circuit board
When want to charge htc wildfire it is better you turn the phone of before charging. Plug in the charger and charge for about 20mins to 30mins then remove the charger pin-mouth for like 10secs and plug it back in. soon the red light will turn green in less than an hour..
This situation sometimes occurs when the batteries get overcharged. Use the phone for a day and then attempt to charge. If it still won't charge, remove the battery for about a minute. Then re-install the battery and attempt to charge. If that doesn't clear the problem, you may need to get a new battery.
If the cell phone battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR Thebattery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the batterydrops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to anunacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.
Your charging port is going out or is completely out. If you have insurance on your phone, use it to get a replacement. If not, see if it's
still in warranty and try to get a replacement through the manufacturer.
I plugged the T215 into the cigarette lighter of my F150 Truck and it was fully charged within 3 hours. It could have charged faster but the time between plugging it in and when I went back to the truck to check was 3 hours so I'm not 100% sure exactly how long the charge took.
Well... I've got the n65, and this is the third time I've gone to charge it. Solid red, won't turn on no matter how long its been plugged in, can't find the manual, this fixya page is the best result online...so my solution is to stop by the local cell-phone accessory shop to buy something new.*
