Sounds like the virus you caught is pretty smart.

I'd recommend backing up your important files and then format and reinstall windows.

You could try other solutions but they'd probably end up taking longer than just doing that.

Let me know if you have any other questions or problems.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Malwarebytes, avast, threatfire -- can they be installed together?

You may have malwarebytes installed with either avast OR threatfire, but not both. Malwarebytes is a good additional program to use with an antivirus, but you do not want to have more than 1 antivirus program installed on your system.

My QuickHeal antivirus is not taking any updates since 8 days from internet? Is it safe to use internet wirh outdated antivirus?

No, new threats appear every hour - 8 days is totally out of date. Better uninstall Quick Heal and get a much better free one like Avast that updated every 4 hours by default (and can be set to update every hour) and everytime you start the pc

I want to update my quickheal antivirus version11.00 please give me registration key

It would violate license to give away keys in most cases and I doubt anyone would post one online. If you need antivirus software, why not install the free one from Microsoft? It's called "Security Essential" and it works very well and never needs a license key since it's free. Just uninstall your old software first.

My computer hung when the two anti virus executes at the same time, because i install them both, how can i solve this problem?

one of the basic things of using windows is not to install and work with two anti-virus at same time.
so delete one of them.
if you can't even work with windows, reinstall your windows
or go to windows from safe mode (pressing f+8 before loading windows and choosing safe mode)

Not able to install any Antiviris except Quick Heal

Hi shyjuu, please open the link below at Quick Heal & follow their instructions to uninstall the antivirus software. Click on this link: http://www.quickheal.co.in/installation-uninstallation.asp

Once the software program has been removed restart your system. Than go to this next link & download & install RegCure for free.
http://www.pctuneuptips.com/recommends/clean/?gclid=CL2RiIrTmpICFSFMGgodODIPzg
This is a free download & will remove any & all none needed registry keys within you windows registry.
When finished, restart your system. Next download & install AVG version 8.0 free antivirus software to help keep your system safe: http://free.avg.com/download?prd=afe
Or install the antivirus software of your choice.

Good luck shyjuu!
