Question about fedora Linux Operating System
There r players in linux. but i cant install vlc.how 2 install it
RecueTechLA gave you a good start. Also install the non-free repository. At a terminal type:
rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm (copy/paste that into a terminal window using right click/paste to paste. Keyboard shortcut won't work).
yum install mplayer kplayer mplayerplug-in libflashsupport
You might have to go into the preferences and adjust the settings for audio and video to make them work.

This is what the VLC website says:
Fedora 9 and Fedora 10 Use RPM Fusion for F9 and F10 (available for x86, x86_64, ppc and ppc64)
Install rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm for F9 and f10
$> su -
#> rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm
#> yum install vlc
#> yum install mozilla-vlc (optionnal)
I'm not a Fedora man myself so hopefully this makes sense to you.
If not I'll see what I can dig up.
Best of luck!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
