Have you tried to clean the pick up rollers with a rag with a small amout of WD-40 or Simple Green. Clean the roller then whip off with a dry rag. If the problem improves you need to replace the pick up rollers. If not you may have to replace the paper feed clutch. Also, look to see if the seperation pad is ingaging when the paper tray is pushed in. Open the left side door. I've seen the actuator break. Also, have you tried to use the manual feed tray???? I know you made sure the paper guides in the paper tray are set correctly for the size paper in the tray??? Good Luck

Where can I find 64 bit driver for Canon image Class D680 Laser Printer

Doesn't look like they have one, only 32-bit. Maybe they have some sort of universal driver you can use. Keep in mind this equipment came out in 2004.

Canon Image Class D320 does not copy entire page. New toner has been installed.

Has anyone changed the paper size in the paper tray to another size by accident? Have you tried the manual feed tray? If that copies the whole image then the problem is with the paper size input of the paper tray.
