Hi All,
I bought an RCA RT2760 for my living room. It works just fine for the
TV/DVD but it also has a USB input. The manual says it is for an MP3
player with USB. I connected my Creative Labs Nomad but they do not
respond to each other.
It sure seems from the manual (RCA) that the RCA set should control the
MP3 player and even display track info on the display.
So far... no dice.
Has anyone else tried this?

Hey,
When you plug the USB cable in it divides all your songs to playlists that's what F15 or any other means and T 1570 just mean the number of songs on your ipod or mp3, and all you have to do is just push play to listen to your music.

Hello,
This is crap because this feature is the ONLY reason I bought the RCA
RT 2760 was because of the USB port which supposedly supported Ipod. I
have a 30 gig Ipod that I wanted to hook up but the screen on the AV
unit keeps flashing F15/T 1570. If anybody has any info it would be
appreciated.

Yes, I did try it. The problem is that the Nomad requires special
software to communicate with a computer, since the RCA doesn't have
this software it won't communicate. But you can use any MP3 player that
acts as a memory stick or even better is get a jumpdrive or memory card
and memory card reader and plug them in. I already had a memory card
reader and found a 1GB SD card I had laying around and filled it with
music and plugged it in and it works great. It may not hold as much as
the Nomad, but sometimes you have to compromise.
