Question about Creative Technology ZEN Stone MP3 Player
I have got an mp3 of creative zen . wen i connect it to comp it shows i/o error and the path is not accessible also i m not able to listen to songs !! wat should i do ?? when i plug it to the computer it say file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
Hi! I think you should try this (i've already tried it and it works):
1- Unplug your Zen from your Computer.
2-Turn off your Zen (if you can't do it, press the "Reboot" button)
3- BEFORE turning on your Zen, press your "Play" button and hold it while you turn on.
4-When a format menu appears, select the "Format All" option (you'll loose all your Zen data).
5-When the format menu reapears, select the "Reboot" option and listo! You have your Zen as new and should not have problem. Good luck!
