To transfer files from your computer to your phone's storage card, you need to set the phone's storage card as a USB drive. Connect the phone to the computer using the USB cable, and open the Notifications panel. Tap USB connected and then tap Mount, the phone will appear as an external USB drive in your computer. hope that helps DG
You need to change the usb connection type on the LG. By default it is set to "mass storage", if you change it in your "connection" setting to "data storage" when you next plug in your phone, it will have all of the PC Suite settings available without any grayed out non-functionality.
