The software and hardware is not compatibile to your motherboard and the 32bit system even though some manufacture says it does it doesnt
they are just trying to sale you something you want and dont need for that system, just take it back and tell them the truth it is not compatible with your manufacture and software is also not compatibile to the 32bit system.

have you really looked close to your machine, i made that mustake before thinking i had a 32bit system but in really had a 64bit hardware system with 32bit software and loaded the wrong software and ended up with a new hard drive for me not paying attention to what i was doing.

so please be carefully with our new techology out there

The video card is defective: the video processor no longer generates the correct colors.
Replace the card, this is a manufacturing defect and the card is still in the waranty period.

I suggest that you get an additional cooling fan, just for your video card, as San Andreas is a highly complex game that utilizes the video gpu very hard. Oblivion is another game which does the same thing. Also, I would look at getting a seperate case cooler, the more fresh air you can get into the case, the cooler things will be.

can't say for sure but I would believe it would have to be with your power supply, you might not be getting enough power out to run the card. Try putting in a different power supply and see if that works.

Installation problem with vista

Do you have an onboard graphic slot too . you could remove the XFX card for now . Install all other drivers on Vista first and then try your card again. Just try and single out the problem. Does the driver cd come with vista drivers ???
