Question about HP Scanjet G4050 Flatbed Scanner
THE MESSAGE THAT COMES UP SAYS "REMOVE TMA LID TO EXPOSE THE BULB." SINCE I HAVE ALREADY DONE THIS, I AM A LITTLE LOST AT THIS POINT.
The problem can be either of this two
1)the bulb is gone weak.
2)the motor which moves the bulb is gone weak.
and the third and the final thing its very difficult to to manually in this case still have a look. as the rays from the bulb passes from a lens that makes a proper ray.that should be very perfect but if you have removed the bulb and reinserted that that allignment of the passing ray will have moved from its orignal position.
