Use DriverGuide.com I just did it today and it seems to work pretty well. Download Web_Cam_Live_1.01.01__VF0050_.EXE. Your gonna have to sign up but its worth it to use your webcam.

1st You download Webcam Driver. Manhattan VP-EYE Version 3.0 reconnected After this install the Webcam driver in the system. Installation of Webcam Driver Go to the control panel Click on the System Icon Click on the Hardware Tab Click on the Device Manager s Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it. Right click on it and uninstall it. After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes. Driver installation Wizard start. Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next. Driver will be install.
Uninstall any previously installed drivers: Start>right click Computer>Manage>Device Manager>find your camera in the list (if there) and right click on it>Uninstall
Restart computer.
Double click on your downloaded driver>Run>Continue/Allow>plug the camera if prompted and continue
Wait to finish installing and restart your computer
Your camera should work now.
