Question about HP LaserJet M1522nf Multifunction Printer (CC372A)
How do I correct this?
Get the toner out. If there is an orange tab on the left side, remove it and put it back in. Now it should say that you have genuine HP toner--woo!

I understand that "10.1000 supply memory error" means that the machine has detected that the toner being used is not a HP original. But what I bought and used was a 100% genuine HP toner - it came with a HP box and reward sticker and all. Well??? Any clues???

There is a chip on the toner cartridge that feeds info to the printer regarding the status of the cartridge. Either the chip is bad or the cartridge was replaced with the chip missing.. Try reseating the cartridge and then power cycle the printer. If the error persists, replace the cartridge
