Schematic or service manual for RCA MM61110 or MM52110
I have a RCA model MM61110, 61" rear projection TV that will not power up. I suspect the HV powersupply section. Does anyone have the schematic and assembly print or a service manual for this TV that you could email me? I have the service manual for a Mitsubishi VS-45603, 50603, 50604 and VS-60603 that I would be happy to trade you if you are looking for them. The chassis number for the RCA set is MMC102G. My email address is email@example.com.

Yes this is normally an indication that the HV has exceeded 33,000V. The first thing to check is the rgulator circuit. If you plan on attempting this repair yourself, please udate this and I'll look up the specifics.
If you need the service manual, perform a Google search. There are a number of sites that have the manual available for sale. I am not aware of any free site that would have it. THe cost should be around $10-$15.
I've had this TV for just over a year. Went to turn it on one day and it would not power up. I here a relay clicking. i suspect the horziontal drive transistor. Does any one have a service manual or know where I can gat one?
first check power supply output if it ok than forget relay if not check power supply by dis connnecting horl. output.
if it is ok check h/driver collector voltage if it is less than supply voltage than h/osc & driver ckt.is ok
check h/output & its print for loose.
No sir it probably isent a power supply problem as in these sets it wouldnt act like that. First thingm to check since you say your a service tech, is in the horizontal output check and see if the horiz. output transistors shorted. If its not then check a small coil off the base of the horizontal output transistor. its really the base drive coil so take it out and scrap off the ends BOTH ENDS and reinsert and also resolder the horizontal driver transformer. This may or may not fix your problem But if it dosent order if you think ther sets wrth it the flyback transformer as this is a big problem in these sets if the for mentioned things did do the trick. follow the kit instructions that come with the flyback transformer!! Dont take any short cuts. Make sure you do take out the horizontal output transitor or at least unsolder all the leads when tesating it for a short. Good luck
