I do not know exactly what is wrong with your TV.  I did study the manual and of course it wa no help.  I did run across the last page where it said something akin to" Our professional Technicians can probably solve your probalem over the phone and save you a bundle on Shipping". So i say to you USUBen, Give calling Vizio a chance. Heres the number.

Hold down the "Set" button. It will blink once, pause, and then blink twice. Then enter your code :)

After much research, here is a step-by-step for getting your Vizio Soundbar to work with the Comcast remote using EFC codes (mine is the newer charcoal grey one, works great!)

Aux - Setup (2 blinks) - 11144 (2 blinks)

Aux - Setup (2 blinks) - 994 - Setup - 00169 - Vol Up - Should get 2 blinks

Aux - Setup (2 blinks) - 994 - Setup - 00168 - Vol Down - Should get 2 blinks

Aux - Setup (2 blinks) - 994 - Setup - 00037 - Mute - Should get 2 blinks

Aux - Setup (2 blinks) - 994 - Setup - 00165 - Power - Should get 2 blinks

Aux - Setup (2 blinks) - 994 - Setup - 00164 - Input - Should get 2 blinks

These are optional, I didn't use them:

Aux - Setup (2 blinks) - 994 - Setup - 00036 - <button to use for TVOL> - Should get 2 blinks

Aux - Setup (2 blinks) - 994 - Setup - 00101 - <button to use for TSHD> - Should get 2 blinks

Then set the volume control on the remote and other settings according to the Remote's manual.

I suggest replacing the memory as the diagnostics lights suggest.
Memory can and does fail in some cases.

I would guess the power supply went bad. The Vizio parts store sells the replacement for $82. Cheap fix for a decent TV.

Replacing it only requires a moderate mechanical skill. Removing the screws from the case is the hardest part. Remember to unplug the TV before you attempt this repair, or contact a local repair shop. They may only charge a small fee to install it for you.

Symptoms of a Defective or dying Power supplies on LCD TVs.
1. Light(s) on the front panel are behaving not normal example, blinking, amber color or
not steady, fainting, etc.
2. TV not turning ON properly.
3. TV turns OFF by itself.
4. Needs to be unplug to many times to make it work.
5. Humming or high pitch noise heard through speakers or at the back of the TV.
