Question about Polycom SoundPoint IP 501 IP Phone
When we try to transfer a call to Polycom we get a busy signal.
What type of phone system do you have? Is the phone registering with the server?
It sounds like the phone is not registering with the server and the extension does not have voicemail. Need more details to diagnose.
