Will use it for 10-30 minutes. Then it will get very hot, and it will shutdown itself. You need to power it on to make it work. After 3 to 4 retries, you will need to plug it off to make it work.
The Lamp cooling fan is not working or the fan speed control chip/circuit has failed. Do not run the projector until it is repaired as this condition rapidly destroys the lamp!! If the cause of the problem is simply the fan itself. It can quite easily be acquired and replaced by someone who is electro-mechanically savvy.
If the problem is on the main board (also very possible) it is substantially more difficult to repair and should only be done by someone who is an order of magnitude above just electro-mechanically savvy.
Also if the problem is in fact the main board an authorized service center would just replace it!
