Question about Gateway Essential 500 PC Desktop
Unplug both the KB and the Mouse. Look at the pins inside at the end of the cord to make sure they are not bent. If they are, straighten them and try again. If NOT, try using a USB keyboard and Mouse. If that works, the PS2 connections on the MoBo are bad.
