Dryer model GTDP200EF1WS reset switch...where is it?

There is no reset switch. A dryer is a very simple device, a motor to rotate the drum and the blower, a heating element, a timer and a couple of safety switches for overheating, normally one that resets and one that doesn't.
You will find parts in the link. .

No power to dryer but have power at there a reset button?

Check the circuit breaker in your housepanel. If it is tripped, resetting it will restore power BUT usually there is a reason for the breaker to trip. There may be an electrical problem with the dryer either an overload condition or a short circuit so check it's operation to be safe. If the breaker won't reset, unplug the dryer. If the breaker resets, then you have a problem in the dryer. if it still won't reset, then you have a problem in the wiring to the dryer outlet.

Circuit breaker tripped, i reset it and the dryer read PF, cleared that...but now the dryer just beeps when youy hit any button like start. The dryer is a kenmore h3 gas dryer

try resetting the breakers again as they may have tripped again as sometimes they only move a bit and they look like they are ok but they are not.I would also unplug the dryer for thirty seconds to reset it and start again.

Breaker was inadvertantly tripped by person which shut dryer off when reset breaker dryer wont work

You have to test the voltage to verify that the breaker did reset. Unplug the dryer, and verify that you have 240 volts at the receptacle
