Coffee machine pours water underneath

My saeco odea go pours water underneath the machine; it doesn't take on single decent coffee, waste the majority of coffee and the water start to drip in final phase. Everything is embedded on the inside so i don't understand why the machine do this. It's the first time this happens. The machine doesn't have one year, and it's only problems.

If its in warrenty send it back.

But it seems like the rubber seal on the inside somewere has been broke or just worn, this keeps the coffee machine preasurized so try replacing this, have a look through your manual it should tell you how to replace this.

Saeco Odea Giro - Clogged and coffee come out in water tray....
This has happened to our machine that we use for our youth group. We sent it in and they said it was clogged also. Not having a clue what they meant. It happened again and I figured it out. When you remove the brew group there is a hole just above it that dispenses into the brew group. Make sure it is not clogged. Give it a try Good Luck
