Question about HP PC Laptops
I am one of those who until now, is facing this Bluetooth Peripheral Device dilemma where so many are also in the same situation.
I have an HP PAVILLION DV2855EE laptop running on Vista 32 bit. It has a built in bluetooth device and once I manually activate the bluetooth and WLAN switch, “Found New Hardware…” window appears. Going through the process, the problem cannot be resolved.
This started between the last weeks of December 2008. I have a NOKIA n73 and have installed the NOKIA suite on my notebook. I was surprised to know that the message was reoccurring even until now when I have done so many things even the procedure that you have posted.
I have religiously followed the mentioned procedure that was posted by RAVI however, still the problem prevails. I have likewise uninstalled the nokia suite, still the problem is there.
Please help me in this regard.
Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated.
Thank you very much.
Dear jm tan, forget about your nokia pc suite, the best thing work for your cellphone are the data cable, it assure you to constant connection between you pc and your nokia. although your pc provide the bluetooth capability, it's wise to buy another peripheral called bluetooth-dongle, it's very tiny and work like magic! the most famous brand such BILIONTON and bluesoleil are worth to try for. Hopefully it will solve your problem.
