Question about Voyetra Turtle Beach Record Producer Deluxe for PC
I own Voyetra Record Producer Deluxe. I recently had to reinstall it, but now it won't let me register. It always comes back "no response from server". Is this product no longer supported? So I choose to use the trial version, but then I still can't use Advanced Audio Editor because it keeps telling me that my trial period is over (even though I just installed it and haven't even used it once yet), and that I should register if I have a legitimate copy, which I do, but I can't. Is there anyway around this? Thanks.
I ran into the same issue when I tried to reinstall it. I did some research and found out that this product among many is no longer supported by Turtlebeach. The registration server that were used to activate the licensed copy have been shut down. So even if you own a licensed copy, you cannot install this software anymore and use it. Talk about a company that leaves their customers high and dry after they've purchased a product is unimaginable. It's one thing saying that a product won't work with Vista and another to say that you can no longer use it if your machine crashed and you had to reinstall. I'll never buy another product from this company ever again and I would advise others to stay away from them. They are digging their own hole with this sort of practice...Do these people know how many XP machines are still out there???

If you have a valid Record Producer installation on another machine, you can register the product on another machine by copying all of the values EXACTLY in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Voyetra\Setup\Reg16 registry key from your old machine to your new machine. It will have REG_SZ values labelled 1 - 10, and a REG_BINARY value labelled RPD51D. Reproduce this registry key exactly in your new machine and RPD will be registered on that system as well.

I too am having the same problems with Record Producer installation but have already reformatted my old drive so cannot re copy the reg files. Any ideas, can you help as this is driving me mad.
Voyetra well what harm would there be in giving an open key now the program is discontinued as a thank you to your loyal customers of the last many years...
