Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player

1 Answer

NO SOUND I have a Sansa Fuze (2GB) that has no sound. It shows the songs playing and the volume is turned to high, but no sound comes out of the headphones. I have switched headphones and it still does not work. I can plug it into my computer and play from there; the sound comes out of my computer speakers. I am wondering if it is shot and if it is worth sending out to have fixed.

It is shot. It is not worth getting fixed. Call Sandisk and see if you are still in warranty.

My mp3 player won't turn off!

Slide the power switch up for at least 10 seconds, this will reset the Fuze. After which you should be able to power on your Fuze normally.

My sandisk sansa clip mp3 player does not play songs/no sound.

I later found out that while trying to download more songs, the entire songs in my sandisk mp3 was corrupted by a virus. I solved the problem by formatting the device and thereafter downloaded new songs into it. As soon as I did that, the songs started playing normally at full volume.
