HELP ME to repair JVC GR-SXM755U

My problem is this.
I received this camera (JVC GR-SXM755U)at this condition, when I insert battery This camcorder start playing proces without a tape in, and I cant see nothing. I work with cell phones and dont have experience with cameras and camcorders.
please help me to fix this problem

    I test it but it start a rumor like fastforwarding and nothing happen exept this

    what can do other????

    this camcorder belong to an invalid person (handycap) and I want to help him, its really important for me, thanks

Try putting tape into it may be the switch that sense tape is stuck or out of order it shud not play without tape this i s abnormal let me know if can help u further

    actually there is no software or remote repair possible for this cam u have to take it to service centre or get someone to explain ur problem in detail so i can understand and help u in this

E04 Error

Eject tape leaving cover open and remove battery. Re-insert battery and re-insert tape also leaving cover open. Keep repeating this process until eo4 message disappears. This worked for my GR-DVL100e after about four repeats. After getting your camcorder operational, they say it is good practice not to leave tape in camcorder when not in use.
