Question about OKI B6200 Laser Printer
I have an error message on the oki b6200 saying 'pull out all trays. clear jam' and 'clear jam and close cover A'. Thing is it doesn't recognise the trays have been taken out, and there is no paper in the printer at all. I have powered on the printer without the trays in and still says to remove them, any advice?
Have you checked to see if there is any paper jammed in the sensor, at the back in the 150-sheet feeder assembly, if not the paper could be stuck the 150-sheet assembly

Restart the printer or reinstall driver again.
