Hello! I have got a 6 year old HP laserjet 3330 all in one laserjet printer. As soon as I switch it on, it makes a grinding noise. I think it comes from the a4 sheet feeder area. I tried lubricating...

I don't think the toner cartridge is amiss here. I think that on hp printers that are older, such as yours, the rubber feed rollers shrink and cause feed problems, over time.

The printer makes a grinding noise I took the right hand side plate off. There is nothing jammed inside.

This error message is displayed by the printer when paper is jammed in one or more locations. In such a case, users are recommended to remove the jammed paper from the specified location. The entire paper path must be checked for any pieces of paper. To stop the message, open and close the top most cover of the printer. Lastly, verify the flags and the sensors. If the problem persists, the cause of the error message could be a broken sensor or sensor lever.

HP Laserjet 2430dn printer 50.6 Fuser Error

It is a fuser problem; you don't say, but I suspect that you replaced the original fuser with a re-manufactured fuser. I have seen this problem before; return the replacement fuser to where you bought it and tell them it is showing a 50.6 fuser error. BTW, here is a link to a PDF file that may help you with your troubleshooting in the future.

HP Laserjet 9500 HDN

magenta motor is knackered, change it. the clunking noise when printer starts up is the fuser gears meshing together, nothing to worry about. you can change/swap the motor with another motor and see if the startup error message changes from 59.6M(magenta) to 59.C(cyan) or something similar.
