Question about Olevia LT37HVS 37 in. LCD HDTV
I would like to ship my 2 years old HDTV Olevia LT37HVS 37" from US to Europe but not sure if it can be used there?
I think, it should have PAL system to work there through cable and/or broadcasts over the air and to receive signals from DVD players, etc. in PAL system. I didn't find this info in TV pecifications. If yes, is any switch for this or it detects signal type automatically?
Another problem: 220V power supply in Europe: can I use simple AC converter like for irons and other simple appliences for this TV? I bought it on US market where there is 110V AC power.
You would need to get the transformer/converter. It will convert the power from 120 to 220. If your going to a military installattion, most of the Housing is American standards. If you plan on living on the economy and not near an American installation then your TV would only be good for your DVD and games. PS3/Xbox. They have satalite and cable, but it all depends on where you will live. On American Soil...your good to go. Off..... doubt it!!
