Do you have your recovery disks? If so, normally recovery discs will give you the option to install drivers. Otherwise visit your manufacturer's website and check their support and/or downloads sections for your drivers.

The problem here why there's no audio device detected on your system , the software or driver for the audio device is not installed on your computer system, so that's what we're going to do. I will provide you here a link for the direct download of the audio device of your computer, so just download the audio driver and then once done you need to install the software. This is a executable file so once done downloading run the software to automatically install it to your computer and finally restart the computer to complete the installation.
Did you previously have Vista on the computer?
If so the driver CD may have the Vista audio driver on the CD, you need a XP version of the audio driver.
You need to download the XP version of the driver from the MSI WEB site, make sure you delect the correct model of your motherboard and audio card
If you are having trouble finding the audio driver try a these WEB sites :- www.driverguide.com www.companycertifieddrivers.com/index.htm
You probably need Microsoft UAA drivers first 1) Remove any installed audio drivers through device manager 2) Download Microsoft UAA drivers for your O/S 3) Install them and reboot 4) go to device manager right click sound and update driver It will go on the net and in most cases find and install them
