I don't know what phone you have however there should be two buttons or a single joystick type button that changes the ringtone volume. More than likely this is the same way you adjust the ear volume but it must be done while you are on a call.

I couldnt here voice of other side person, even if i increase the volume while call is going on.

Hello, its not a volume problem you are experiencing, its a ear piece problem.all you need to do is to get another ear piece from a mobile phone accessories stores that's if you are technically inclined, but if not,I would advice you visit a mobile phone authorized technician.
The problem you facing occured duely because your ear piece has bursted due to either maximum increase in ear phone volume.
Wish you good luck,
Take care.

Low ear piece voice in nokia n73 model.

Hello,

try to increase the earpiece volume of your phone and if that does not solve the problem, you will have to change your earpiece.

The earpiece needs replacement, once its replaced, you would be able to hear loud and clear.

You can also use hands free (ear phone) for your phone till you find time to change the ear piece.

Take care.
