Question about Acer Audio Cards
Removed vista on dell vostro and installed windows xp
For windows xp platform, drivers are normally installed separately. Anyway try this trick
visit lavalys website and download everest corporate 460 trial version.
install it on your machine and run it select report and follow the wizard.
on the report files, select Hardware-related pages option
on the report format, select html
allow it to run
when it done, it should give you a report
click Save to file to save it for your future needs(Remember where you saved it.)
back to you original report, Scroll down the report and you should see something like this:

click on the link adjacent to Driver download and it should take you to a site where you will find appropriate drivers for your audio controller.
download and install the drivers and that shoul do it
