http://www.driverstools.com/hpcompaq-drivers/driver-compaq-presario-v3020us-notebook-pc-for-windows-xp-vista-7/ On this location you will find all drivers for your laptop ..and I suggest to download and store them all ...for all operation systems you may use in the future..cause it seams that on the HP support site there are no drivers available for certain reason ...(probably they deliver recovery disks or insert a partition with the recovery data on the device on sell... A thing to remember in case you use windows XP ...is that you have to download the MUAA architect first (second driver on the xp category ..and install it before ring to install the conexant realtek hd ...The reason is that the driver is not compatible with xp without this fix.. So if you use xp OS ..download first that fix(UAA) and install it ..and after that install the sound driver.. Good luck ..don't forget to rate ..and have a nice day !
If you have windows xp, goto HERE. download drivers you want and follow installation instructions.
If you have windows 7 don't worry if windows 7 isn't listed. vista drivers works fine.
