Electrolux washing machine showing error 33(no interlock). what do I do?thanks

Hey Desmond, thank you for your inquiry!
From my understanding your Electrolux washer is displaying an error code of 33. I am showing that is an invalid error code. This could be a miscommunication within your control panel. I would suggest performing a reset on your washer and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for at least ten minutes. If the reset does not help correct the issue and the error code comes back please comment back. Also, let us know your model number. You can locate the model number of the door frame of your washer. Once I have that information I would be able to assist you further. -Matt

Washer don't work. all power available to machine.

Thank you for your post, friend!

If your Electrolux washer is getting power to it but not working it sounds like a possible issue with the control panel or keypad. I would perform a reset on your washer which you can do by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker.

If your washer continues being unresponsive I would seek assistance from a professional to come out and diagnosis your appliance to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt

I have an Electrolux EIFLSS55IIWO Washer. The chrome paint on the selector knob is chipping so Electrolux is sending me 2 new knobs for the washer and matching dryer. Can you please advise how to replace...

Good Morning David,

I see that you are looking to replace the selector knobs for your Electrolux washer, model# EIFLS55IIW as well as your matching dryer. This is typically not a common DIY job, and I do recommend contacting an authorized technician. However, I have found a link on the manufacturers sister website, which I have listed below, that provides a parts breakdown. It will also allow you to enter in the model number of your Electrolux dryer and locate the parts breakdown, as well as, a comprehensive listing of authorized techs in your area. Hope this proves to be helpful!

Weight sensor broken in electrolux washer

Hello Carol, I am happy to assist you!

Generally speaking, washers do not have weight sensor. What exactly is the issue your washer is experiencing? May I please have the model number? The serial tag, which lists your model number, is typically located on the upper front, as you open the door. With this information I can better address the issue at hand. Thank you!

Electrolux frontloader washer detergent drawer won't stay shut

Hello royal37 - Hi - The dispenser drawer could either be cracked or have a broken latch due to interference between the drawer front and top panel. Contact a professional to move forward accurately and might possibly need to order a service kit (PN: 137146000/part number may be different depending on your model number).

Electrolux washer door won't open

Hi.

Usually the door does not open because there is water inside the tub.

Disconnect power and empty the machine through the drain filter. With Electrolux front-loading washers the drain filter access is located in the front lower side of the machine.
