Washer won't spin and drain

Frigidaire washer fills up fine, does wash, but doesn't empty water or spin. Hose is not clogged. Empties manually just fine when hose is disconnected and emptied into laundry sink. checked all cycles and same problem.

Not hooked to water but water leaks from under the unit What to do?

There is a drain hose that empties the defrost water from the cooling coil and drains into a pan located at the bottom of your unit, where it evaporates. Check to see if this drain hose has popped out of this pan, or possibly the pan is cracked.

My maytage washer went off balance. just discovered it and it doesn't drain, spin, wash the timer works and it also fills. It just clicks. How do I fixi t?

If the inlet valve works to bring in water to the drum and still the washer does not start then the water level sensor can be defective.
You need to check on the voltage on the timer controller unit to confirm if there is a output even after the water fills up. also check the door switch , if open the washer will not start.

My washing machine Gallery Series front load washer has just quit running properly (after having never had any problems). It begins but stalls. I can go in and push start and it will start up again. I...

the internal drain inside of the washing machine is plugged with something. Pull the washer out and look at the drain tube in the back. It will be a clear tube. if it is blocked, you will be able to see the blockage in this area. If it is not plugged up at the back drain tube then it will be plugged up under the wash basin which means taking it all apart. The first part is an easy fix. the second part is a 2 hour fix. Start by looking in the back of your machine. It might be difficult to move because it will not drain. You can use a wet dry vac to remove some water in the basket or from the back drain but you have to remove the wash cage to get to the bottom of the washer where the drain tube begins. You can also try to unclog the washer by using your shop vac on the disharge hose. Towels with fringes or anything with fringes will clog these washers.

Water is dripping inside refridgerator coming from inside back center. Why? Sometimes it drips, sometimes it runs and sometimes it's fine.

Is water connected to this unit for the ice maker? If not than this would be the water that comes off the refrigeration coils as the unit defrosts. The water should be collected by a shallow plastic collector, routed to a drain tube, and empties to a pan under the frig where the water will evaporate quickly. Check drain collector for damage and drain hose for blockage.

I'm trying to do some washing and I'm running the water but it won't fill up

Your drain hose is stuffed into the drain pipe too far , or taped to the drain pipe (possibly to try to stop the drain from backing up ) . Your sewer system is causing a syphon effect to the washer , causing drain as it fills . You can get a syphon break , which attaches to the drain hose , to stop this problem . Any appliance store or maybe even Home Depot , will have this part .

Leaking water on the front corner of the freezer side. We have turned off the water to the icemaker and have turned off the icemaker. Still leaking, not fast, but each day I clean up a puddle.

That is from your defrost drain either being clogged with food, or covered with ice. Behind the back wall in the freezer is a drain that empties underneath the fridge. If that drain gets blocked or froze over then the water will dump into the floor of the freezer and out the door gasket. Look in your freezer floor for ice build up. If you don't see anything like that or if you think the water is coming from underneath the fridge, then it is your condensate pan underneath. They crack sometimes.

Dishwasher won't drain

Check the following areas to combat this issue.

1. Air gap / Drain hoses
If there is an air gap (located in the sink, near the faucet), check to see if it is clogged. Unscrew the top cap and see if there is anything blocking inside. Note: If there is no air gap installed, the dishwasher might not drain properly.

If the drain hose is clogged, the dishwasher would not drain. If there is an air gap installed, it is very common that a hose going from the air gap into the garbage disposer is clogged. Remove and clean the hose. Make sure to reattach the hose before starting the dishwasher.

Note: If you recently had a garbage disposer installed, it is common to overlook removing the drain plug.

2. Broken belt
Some dishwasher models use a belt to drive the pump. Replace the belt if found broken.

Note: Sometimes the belt would just come off the pump. Even though it might not be broken, it is recommended that you replace the belt, because it is probably too stretched out.

3. Pump
Some models have two impellers inside the pump - one, wash impeller, takes care of the wash cycles, the other, drain impeller, drains the water out. If the drain impeller is broken (broken blades, shaft), the dishwasher would not drain. Replace any broken pump components.

4. Drain solenoid
Some models (for example most GE dishwashers) use a drain solenoid to drain water out. Sometimes the solenoid gets stuck, preventing the water from draining out. Try to free up the solenoid. If unsuccessful, you might have to replace the pump assembly.

5. Motor
If the motor is stuck, it is sometimes possible to free it up by manually spinning the motor.

Replace the motor if defective.

6. Timer/control
Replace if defective (note: uncommon problem).

Bottom crisper bins

sounds like a drain clog in the freezer compartment above. remove the freezer rear panel and totally defrost the evaporator area, directly under the evap you see( under all taht ice) a small drain hole that has become frozen over, try defrosting with either a hair dryer( not a heat gun too much heat youl melt everything) or by pouring hot water donw the drain until you get a free flow of water down the tube. after its clear reassemble and you should be fine
