two nights ago mine just shut off and stop working also. i had to use the warrenty on it. they wont let you get a diff phone eather. when i was at att another person was there for the same problem.two nights ago mine just shut off and stop working also. i had to use the warrenty on it. they wont let you get a diff phone eather. when i was at att another person was there for the same problem.

You might have overloaded the internal storage. try deleting stuff that you dont really need and create more storage space. it's like when a computer has too much on its hard drive.

your touch sensors have gone out. If there is any on off touch screen faulty's to where u can click once every while.try to get to touch calibration. If u do and it doesnt out, read the first sentence over.
i've got the same problem with you. my phone wont respond to my commands everytime i charge my phone. sometimes it responds but would respond very slowly as if the interface is lagging. every now and then the phone would freeze and wont respond and wont turn off and only way to turn it off is by removing the battery. anyone else having similar problem? how to fix this?
